I can't resist telling about my meet...Well put.<br />I can't resist telling about my meeting with two top Gosplan bureucrats in Moscow in 1986. My simple question to them was how prices were determined in the Soviet Union.<br />"Well", they said. "The ministry of finance wants capitailistic pricing. We at Gosplan prefer fixed prices, as it makes planning easier.
